Studio Business Manager
The Studio Business Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organisation, ensuring that the key systems and processes are in place and running smoothly so that our team can deliver against our mission. This role is integral to supporting our vision at RESOLVE Collective, enabling our small but mighty team to focus on creating impactful work while ensuring that the organisation continues to be a nurturing, productive, and collaborative environment. The Studio Business Manager is a critical hire and this role will be essential to supporting the next phase of our organisation's development.
The role requires a diligent and competent individual with good people skills, great administrative and organisational capacity, and an enthusiasm for assisting growing, socially-focused organisations. The Studio Business Manager will work closely with the organisation’s Director to help shape our exciting future for us and the communities we support. The job is advertised for a 1 year contract and the role will be reviewed and evaluated at the end of the contract, at which point the organisation and individual will discuss future arrangements.
The role is for 2 days per week at £14,560 per year (£36,400 FTE).

Where will the role be based?
The majority of the team at RESOLVE is based in London but we are open to remote working for this role. If working remotely, there will be an expectation to travel to London and work with the team at least once a month and travel will be facilitated by the organisation.
Are there regular days?
We are happy to be flexible with working days and times across a week. There are days where the entire team are available and we would advise these be align with the working days of the Studio Business Manager but exactly how the two days work across the week will be decided together.
Are you looking for any particular experience in particular fields?
As an interdisciplinary organisation we work across a number of fields and are open to experience that is adjacent or outside our immediate areas of work as well as experience directly related. The most important experience we are looking for is in supporting the management of a small/medium-sized organisation and a proficiency in the tools, systems and processes used to provide support.
Is there likely scope for the project beyond a year?
If the relationship works, we would like to keep the Studio Business Manager in position long term and currently have scope to facilitate this.
What are the next steps?
After applications close on March 28th we will select a shortlist of applicants to hold interviews with in the following weeks. We will select a person for the role shortly after these interviews.
How soon are you looking for the person chosen to start?
We are looking for the person to start as soon as possible, preferably by mid/late April but we are aware of specific circumstances that may impact that.
